Join us for an exciting and transformative inversions workshop that will take your yoga practice to new heights—literally! Whether you’re a beginner exploring inversions for the first time or an experienced yogi looking to refine your skills, this workshop will guide you through the fundamentals of poses like headstand, forearm stand, and handstand with ease and confidence. 🧘‍♂️✨

We’ll focus on building strength, stability, and body awareness, ensuring you not only understand the mechanics of balancing upside down but also develop the confidence to explore these poses safely. You’ll gain insights into proper alignment, learn to engage key muscle groups, and explore variations tailored to all levels.

– Neck pain or injuries
– High blood pressure
– Glaucoma or other eye conditions

Natalie began her yoga journey in 2013 and recently completed her yoga teacher training. Her love for inversions and handstands grew from her own practice, and over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of body awareness and the muscle engagement needed to balance upside down. 💪✨

Passionate about helping others conquer their fears and reach their full potential in inversions, Natalie is excited to share her personal tips, tricks, and the joy of mastering inversions. Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself or have fun in a supportive environment, Natalie is ready to help you unlock the power of inversions! 🌟

This **signature workshop** offers **75 minutes** of pure, deep relaxation through sound and vibration. 🌊✨

Immerse yourself in a journey that shifts your brainwave state from Beta to **Theta**, a deeply relaxed state that promotes mental clarity and physical balance. 🧘‍♀️💆‍♂️ The Theta state allows the body to reset, and the mind to feel calm and uncluttered.

During the session, Tida will surround you with the soothing sounds of **Tibetan singing bowls**, **Crystal singing bowls**, **chimes**, and more. You’ll feel the vibrations ripple through your body, helping you unwind and release tension. 🌈🎶

Please join Divyatma, Jiva and friends for the practice of kirtan at Balmain’s beautiful Soul Agenda. Kirtan is the simple, yet deeply moving yogic practice of call and response singing (the chanting of Divine Names), set to live music. If you are interested in devotional practices which open the heart, engage the soul, and encourage ecstatic spiritual remembering, then kirtan is probably for you.

Our kirtan is starting with a chai and is followed by a simple vegan meal to ground ourselves.
