What do I need to do before arriving for my first class?

We can’t wait to practice with you! Please arrive to the studio at least 15 minutes before your class is scheduled to start. This will give us enough time to show you around, and for you to get settled on your mat before practice. Make sure to bring your yoga mat, a sweat towel, and water bottle. Wear clothes you feel comfortable to sweat and move in.

Make sure to stay hydrated throughout the day, and try to avoid eating heavy foods 2 hours before your class. Please note – no shoes, bags, or phones are permitted inside the practice rooms.

Are the classes heated?

We offer heated classes between 22-32 degrees as well as non-heated classes

What if I am late to class?

Please arrive a few minutes before your class is scheduled as classes commence at their scheduled time. We cannot guarantee your entry to the studio after this.

Can I leave early?

We ask that you stay for full duration of the class. This includes savasana – one of the most important poses for the body and mind!

I don’t have a mat, can I rent one at the studio?

Mats can be very personal so it’s best if you bring your own! However we do have mats for hire for $2 if you forget yours.

How can I purchase a pass?

You can purchase your introductory pass, memberships, class packs and gift cards either online or in the studio.

When does my Intro Offer start?

Your Intro Offer commences from the date of your first booking.

Should I book into class?

We recommend that you book in as some classes can be popular, however you are most welcome to drop in.

I bought a pack and its not letting me book ?

The pack starts from your first class, if you are trying to book a class earlier that your first book class all you need to do is cancel your first class/s for the pack to re-set.

Can I practice Yoga if I am pregnant?

We offer specialty prenatal classes if you are pregnant and hoping to practice with us. Yoga can be a beautiful practice to prepare your body and mind for your pregnancy journey.

If you would prefer to practice in our Slow Flow, Mellow or Meditation classes, we recommend a private sessions before attending  classes so that you can take appropriate modifications for your body, including avoiding deep twists and core work.

Do you offer private classes?

Yes. If you are interested in privates, duets, or other speciality classes, please email soul@soulagenda.com.au.

Do you offer hands on assists?

Some of our teachers will be offering respectable hands on assist from time to time, please let us know if you wish not be assisted.

Can my children practice yoga?

We offer “Little Souls” KIDS Yoga classes for children aged 4-9 years of age, scheduled for the Tuesday afternoon. Check on the schedule. You can book for the term or Drop in.

Teenagers can attend group yoga classes from 15 years of age, and 15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult. We do not recommend 30 degree classes for kids under 15.

How old are babies in Parents and Bubs?

As much as we would love to have all ages of your beautiful bubba’s, this class is designed for parents with babies. The most enjoyable age for you and bub might be between 2-12 months.

Can I leave my children in the waiting area while I practice yoga?

No, unfortunately children are not permitted to wait in the studio while you practice.

Can I bring my pets to the studio?

Unfortunately, we do not have facilities to cater for pets.

Where can I store my belongings during practice?

We ask that you store your personal belongings in our lockers, as no shoes, phones, or bags are allowed in the practice room.

Can I store my mat at the studio?

Soul Agenda Yoga members (yearly and fortnightly)  are able to store their mats in the studio if space permits. Please keep your mat in a full-length mat bag, clearly labelled with your full name and phone number.

Can I claim Yoga with my Health Fund?

It depends on your health fund. Ask your teacher if they have a provider number, and we can provide an invoice with the pass purchased.

Cancellation Policy - Retreats

Deposits are non refundable however you can transfer them to credit or the next retreat.

Cancellations 30 days from the retreat date will get a full refund (excluding the deposit), no refund if inside the 30 days.
