Membership suspension or cancellation

Please complete the request form below to suspend, or cancel, your Fortnightly Auto-debit membership, or to suspend your Annual Pass. As an Auto-debit or Annual Pass member, you are able to suspend your pass for a 6 week maximum each calendar year. We cannot offer suspensions, extensions, or transfers for our Drop In, Monthly Unlimited Pass, 5 Class Pass or 10 Class Pass options.
If you would like to suspend your membership;
– Please give us plenty of notice, as we are unable to process your request on the same day, nor can we backdate requests
– We are able to process suspensions in 1 week increments
– We will process your suspension request within 5 business days, and a confirmation will be emailed to you
– Suspensions are available after your 12 week minimum commitment period
If you would like to cancel your Fortnightly Auto-debit membership;
– Please give us plenty of notice, as we are unable to process your request on the same day, nor can we backdate requests
– We will schedule your cancellation the day before your next autopay cycle
– We will process your cancellation request within 5 business days, and a confirmation will be emailed to you
– Cancellations are available after your 12 week minimum commitment period
